easyDialog Founder and CEO, Dr. Christoph Neumann obtained his Doctor of Engineering at the Department for Computational Linguistics of Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan, after graduating with a master in Linguistics from University of Bordeaux III in France.

A native German, he has spent much of his professional life in Japan, serving voice and natural language solutions to a wide array of international customers.

He has worked as a lead manager at major voice suppliers Nuance Communications and Samsung, he has had years of close and strong business relationships with Casio, Johnson Controls, Mazda, Nissan, Panasonic, Pioneer, Procter&Gamble and Toyota, and he is connected to a global network of key persons in the voice and natural language industry.
